Event Styles

There’s a reception style to suit virtually every taste and budget. Before you decide what’s right for you, consider the options:

Cocktail Reception
Perfect for just after the ceremony or before dinner. This highly social event style lets guests mingle freely while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

Small Plates or Tapas Style
This option is best for maintaining a social atmosphere for the duration of the event.  Waves of food are served in easy to eat smaller portions.

Seated Dinner
A sit-down dinner is ideal for a more formal affair. There’s a set menu, with courses selected by you, and waiters to serve each course.

Family Style
A more casual and interactive sit-down meal. Beautifully arranged platters will be passed at each table.

Buffet Style
Somewhat less formal, a buffet-style reception has its own appeal. This could include carving stations or a made to order station. Guests have more menu choices, and a buffet tends to create a more casual, sociable atmosphere.

Combination
Striking a balance between buffet and sit-down service, this option offers table service for the first course and dessert, and a buffet for the main course. This is a great choice if you wish to have some formal components mingled with an informal ambiance.

Client Testimonial

"The night we first tasted Kristin’s amazing grilled pizza was the night we got engaged. How fitting that we chose her as our wedding caterer. It was clear from the initial meeting how important reflecting our personality and style was in creating our menu. She and her team did a phenomenal job preparing and presenting the meal to our guests, many of whom commented throughout the night that it was the best pizza they had ever had. Thanks for a memorable experience Kristin. "
