Menu Planning

When creating your personal menu it is important to first, consider the season your event will be taking place and second, if you are working with a theme. Then, reference the menu book for inspiring menus and or specific dishes that intrigue you. From there, Kristin will collaborate with you to create your customized menu.

Event Planning

We can handle as many or as few event details as you would like. We can work with your event planner, wedding planner and/or assemble a team to create the perfect event for you.

Décor

Your event is a direct reflection of your personal style. Whether at your home, office or other special location, our staff will create exactly the atmosphere you are seeking. Our goal is to make your event outstanding in every way.

Staffing

Event success is greatly dependent on service staff. Our staff is well trained, professional, friendly and efficient. For each event we assemble a team of experienced chefs, event mangers, service staffing, and bartenders.

Rentals

We work with all major rental companies in Denver and Boulder. We have extensive experience coordinating timing, load-in and load-out of rentals. The advantage of having us handle your rental needs is that we utilize our long standing relationship with these companies which guarantees the best possible service and products they have to offer.

Beverages

Due to Colorado law, all alcohol purchases must be made directly through the vendor. We can help you coordinate your entire beverage order, including quantity and delivery.

Layout

We understand how to layout floor plans and set up a smooth flow that maximizes space.  For larger events we will work with your event planner or a dedicated member of our team to achieve what you are looking for.
